christ gospel church and sister hicks revealed Search Results Christ Gospel Church and Sister Hicks Revealed HOME ABOUT US THE PRIZE COMMENTS This site was created for those who wish to know of or have ever been associated with Christ Gospel Church and Sister Hicks and provide them an in-depth review of her doctrinal teachings, specifically her own fabrication of the Bride's doctrine. In it, we will layout a clear and fair judgment of Hicks and her teachings. Bernice Hicks, better known as Sister Hicks, makes prolific claims for herself and the "message" she espouses. That message is called the "Bride's message." Hicks claims that God personally gave her this teaching. When Hicks states that Jesus Christ speaks to her, she does not mean it as most would say, allegorically, but as in the flesh. By analyzing her claims and weighing her teachings against the writings of the apostles this site will attempt to show that Hicks' doctrine has no support from the scriptures and should be considered an inferred fabrication. Her persistence to falsely proclaim and uphold a special prophet status with her congregation would eventually be her undoing. What Hicks would introduce into her church in the mid 70s would be a far cry from poor exegesis and scriptural fabrication. The new teachings of Hicks were so bizarre some of her more esteemed members were left with no choice but to investigate. The machinations of Hicks would begin to unravel with the discovery of a book by Carlo Suares and set in motion the exodus of many of her initial proselytes. And who would have thunk it, Hicks had copied a book by a Kaballist author. Along with the discovery of this book are the sound recordings of Hicks telling her congregation of this epiphany with her Lord. In those tapes Hicks describes how God came to her as she waited on him for the glorious revelation of the Song of Songs. Truly, a glorious day for Hicks that would later turn sour as her curious devotees learned those notes were plagiarized. While it's quite remarkable to see how Hicks copied the complete Song of Songs by Suares it is dwarfed by her claims that Jesus personally came to her. In this sound bite, you'll hear Hicks describing to her secretary to leave a double-space in between each Song of Songs scripture so that she can fill in her interpretation, even claiming "some things have never been written" but what she meant to say was some things have never been plagarized. And Come He Did It's Like all Heaven Like I'm Looking at You Now I'm not Crazy I'm Totally Sane (Hicks describing her in the flesh meeting with Jesus Christ) The book, Christ Gospel Church and Sister Hicks Revealed, is currently available through Amazon. "I will be the first one to go to prison in this country, they've already said so," the spirit then witnessing, she further stating, "I'm well known among the communist, whether you know it or not, they said, I'm telling you what they said, inside information I've had, they are more afraid of me than anybody else in the United States, I'll be on the top of their list, I guarantee it" (Sister Hicks) If you don't believe someone could make this kind of preposterous statement then listen to it yourself. This pretty much sums up what you get from Hicks, a complete disregard for her congregations' intellect as they are made to sit and swallow this cockamammie tale, offering her people no verification whatsoever? They said? Who said? Well, no one said anything, Hicks just made it up ... Whois
